Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in Centennial, CO to add a Payroll Administrator to their team. This is an excellent opportunity with a growing company that offers great benefits. This role will be responsible for:
- Processing multi-state payroll for up to 2000 employees.
- Administering various payroll systems and managing integrations.
- Performing payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Creating custom payroll reports for management.
- Follow up with employee payroll-related inquiries.
- Documenting payroll procedures clearly and efficiently.
- Reconciling invoices related to payroll.
- Stay up to date with current payroll legislation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or related field.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
